Thankful Thursday...

I am always so thankful for so many things. First of all I am really thankful that I am a happy person, really usually I am singing or laughing, it takes alot to get me down. YAY!!
Next I am happy about a couple of projects I did this week. The first is this little ottoman.

I bought the ottoman at the DI for 5 bucks, I bought the fabric as a remnant for $1.78 and the rope tie for $2.79 at Wally World and this is the finale:

Blue Kitty loves it, she thinks I made it just for her! (She just had THE surgery so she is licking her belly:( )

My next project is this cute little desk, the desk belonged to the hubster's parents and has sentimental value, therefore he said I could not do anything to updo it

So while he was away I took some map wall paper I have had for no less than 15 years and some scotch tape

and did this

I love it! It is awesome adorable! The ideal dream would be to Mod Podge it, but when I sent him a pic he said "that better not be my desk grrr" To funny! good thing it is just tape!! But, I betcha he will change his mind when he sees how fantastic it is in person!

So there are to projects I did for less then a total of $10 combined! Fabulous!!

Also, I have recieved two prizes I won lately and I love them, these bottles came in on Tuesday!

And this amazing box of cards came in on Wednesday, wrapped like a wonderful gift!

How fun is all this?! The funnest!!
